The website provides general information about our services. It is not a personalised assessment, professional opinion or commitment to accept a project.
Any paid work requires agreed engagement terms covering the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees and other relevant arrangements. Those terms govern the services and take priority for the engagement if there is a conflict with these website terms.
02Specialists and project coordination
We may identify competent independent specialists for legal, tax, financial, certification or other specialist matters. Our agreed role may include arranging the brief, coordinating communication and monitoring progress and deliverables through completion.
The relevant written terms identify the provider responsible for professional advice, representation, regulated work and specialist decisions. Our coordination does not replace that provider's professional judgement or any authorisation required for the work. It does not remove our own responsibilities under our agreement with the client.
Any fee, commission or other material interest we have in a referral will be disclosed before you decide whether to proceed. The terms of the referral or engagement determine how the specialist is appointed and paid.
We do not guarantee commercial results, financing, tax outcomes, certification, bank acceptance or decisions by any authority or independent provider.
03Enquiries and email drafts
Preparing a draft on the website does not send an enquiry. Open email app lets you review the draft in your own email application; Copy enquiry copies it to your device's clipboard. You remain responsible for reviewing and sending the email.
An enquiry, a reply or an introduction does not by itself create a services agreement or a professional relationship with a specialist. Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal information until an appropriate purpose and channel have been agreed.

04Permitted use and website content
You may view the website and use its information to assess our services and make a legitimate business enquiry. You must not use the website to submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code or interfere with the website's operation.
Website content is owned by Continental Apex or used with permission from the relevant rights holder. You may retain reasonable extracts for your own business evaluation with their notices intact. Other copying, republication or commercial reuse requires permission unless the law allows it.

These website terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply. The governing law and dispute arrangements for a particular engagement may be specified in its written terms.

We may update these terms for future website use. The current version is identified by the date above. A website update does not retrospectively change an existing engagement agreement.
